  1. 2024 Pay: $69,232*
    1. Up to $76,924*
  2. Vacation - 7 days at 6mo - 1yr of service and maxes out at 34 days at 20 years.
  3. 10 personal days per year.

We pay you while you are in training. Applicants who apply and pass all employment screening are paid while attending the Fort Wayne Police Academy. Our academy is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Applicants must be between the ages of 21 - 39 and complete pre-employment testing. Must be a US Citizen, have correctable vision to 20-30 in each eye, valid driver's license, and physically and mentally able to perform essential job functions of the patrol officer position.
