  • Must be 20.5 years of age at the time of application
  • Must hold a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (by birth or naturalized)
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
