Summary:

United Democracy Project is hiring a team of temporary Field Organizers to help run grassroots efforts in key primary races during the 2024 election cycle. These individuals will work to engage and mobilize voters on the ground in key congressional districts. Field Organizers will report to the Regional Field Director assigned to their race. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

● Coordinating a strong and effective field program in the primary race.   
● Working with Regional Field Director to make sure GOTV efforts are robust and maximized. 
● Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly metrics.
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with voters and community stakeholders. 
● Other duties as assigned. 

Qualification and Skills 

● Bachelor’s degree preferred.
● Campaign or political experience preferred. 
● Strong interpersonal skills to engage community members.
● Excellent organizational skills. 
● Self-starter who thrives working independently and in a group setting. 
● Experience managing multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires flexibility as needs and priorities change.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
● Comfortable with the use of technology.
● Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook preferred.
● Commitment to a strong US-Israel relationship a must.
