Business Development Representative

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Training

  • Training is an ongoing developmental process supported through daily team training meetings, on the job shadowing, and individualized mentorship.
  • Training topics include the psychology of sales, business operations, communication, customer service, leadership development, time management, entrepreneurship strategies, mindset and emotional regulation, and all aspects of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
  • Career counseling and personal development resources provided by our in-house counselor

Responsibilities

  • Customer lead generation through direct-to-home contact
  • Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close self generated leads
  • Coordinate with technician team for same-day installation
  • Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each customer is cared for to the highest degree
  • Attend team training and correlation meetings
  • Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community

Qualifications

  • Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Resilience in the face of rejection and ability to apply feedback
  • High sense of business ethics
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be open to travel

Schedule

  • Full-time, seasonal, and blitzing opportunities available
  • Tuesday - Saturday
