Conservative Field Coordinator

Threshold Strategies, a cutting-edge GOP voter contact firm, is seeking passionate and motivated individuals for the role of Field Coordinator. Our mission is to drive real results for Republican campaigns and causes through innovative approaches and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with voters at their door to build relationships and promote our clients.
- Informing and persuading voters about our clients, their platforms, and current political events.
- Collecting critical voter data and contact information for follow-up purposes.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor while ensuring quality and accurate voter contact.
- Submitting daily reports.
- Attending daily meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about current political climate, candidates, and events.
- Ability to work 6-8 hours per day with a flexible schedule.
- Commitment to the values and goals of the Republican party.
