Business Development Representative

BKNY Venture Holdings Inc. is seeking an energetic, passionate, innovative, and self-driven Business Development Representative to join our Insourced IT division remotely. This is a tremendous opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within our organization and develop into a senior sales role with significant upside potential across our IT services and cybersecurity offerings. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a desire to enhance our customers' lives through our comprehensive IT and cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue leads and opportunities to fill the new business funnel.
  • Cultivate and develop relationships leading to successful acquisition of new business for the Insourced IT division.
  • Assist in developing strategies that enhance our new business acquisition rate.
  • Connect with customers in an open and informative manner, supporting both the customer's and organization's growth objectives.
  • Drive conversations and conversions to close new business deals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Insourced IT’s services and cybersecurity solutions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Regularly report on sales metrics and pipeline status to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the IT services or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Ability to understand and sell customized solutions tailored to each customer's unique needs.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt solutions for varied client situations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields (preferred but not required).
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to expand knowledge across IT services and cybersecurity industries on both the client-relation and business sides.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and current/emerging social media platforms.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to elevate client relationships and drive brand loyalty.
  • International experience with clients is a plus, with the ability to bring diverse viewpoints to client engagements and foster innovation.
