$52,018 Guaranteed Basic Income + Commission – can expect to earn between $65k - $75k in your first year

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant at Harnham, you’re going to be getting involved in a whole lot and will be able to take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle

• You will be a full desk (360) recruiter, which means you are going to be responsible for not only sourcing candidates and managing candidate processes but also doing business development activities to develop new client relationships with a variety of companies that hire within your specialized area
• You will be creating relationships and building rapport with hiring managers and executives from companies to bring them on as clients to assist with filling their specialized technical roles and in return creating revenue for yourself and the business
• You will be using a variety of means to source candidates, such as cold calling and writing your own job advertisements, and then screening the candidates to determine if they are a fit for your client's team

About You

To be a Recruitment Consultant, your degree can be from any major or discipline.
