Clinical Coordinator - Homebased CSTS

Salary Range:$56,613.00 To 76,628.00 Annually

$5,000 Signing Bonus

General Statement:

 

Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, performs professional duties in the coordination of staff activities; consults with clinical staff regarding service delivery and coordination of clinical cases; leads team meetings if necessary; communicates and consults with a variety of agencies regarding program issues; conducts psychosocial evaluations and intake assessments, coordinates the evaluation, admission, treatment, discharge and after-care plans with appropriate mental health programs and community agencies; performs professional therapeutic crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, disposition services, wraparound services; assists in placement services for Child and Family Services; performs related work as required.

Year(s) of Experience

 Master’s in Social Work

 

 Michigan Master’s Level Social Worker (LMSW) credential, Clinical

One (1) year clinical experience with children who have serious emotional disturbances (SED) or developmental disabilities (DD) in a children’s mental health program.

 Master's in Psychology

 

 Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP) credential

 One (1) year clinical experience with children who have serious emotional disturbances (SED) or developmental disabilities (DD) in a children’s mental health program.

 Master’s in Counseling

 

 Michigan License Professional Counselor (LPC) credential

 One (1) year clinical experience with children who have serious emotional disturbances (SED) or developmental disabilities (DD) in a children’s mental health program. 

 

 

Additional Requirements:

 

Must retain DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional. Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and use of a vehicle during working hours. Ability to physically perform the tasks.
