Development Program - Sales

What We Need: 

We are looking for individuals to join our Sales Development Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in June 2025.

Our Early Career Development Program  (ECDP) is designed to develop emerging early career sales professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our sales functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects.

What You Will Do: 

The Sales Development team goal is to create better sales outcomes, to drive sales strategies through use of analytics and technology, and build loyalty with our trade partners by offering them individualized support. As a member of this team, we will assign you projects that are critical to company success and aligned with your individual interests. Our sales development members are a key source of future talent for field sales careers.

What You Have: 

  • Prospective candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business management, communications, or related field prior to their start date.
  • Desire for a career in sales
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, or involvement in related activities such as tutoring or business fraternities.

  • Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong experience managing projects (school or work related)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
