We at Adecco are partnering with our Client, CTDI, to find a Branch Ambassador for the Elgin, IL branch. The Branch Ambassador acts as an HR Generalist to provide an outstanding employee experiences for workers starting with Day 1 orientation, through their initial 90 days and beyond. 

Communication and attentiveness are key skills for this role. The Branch Ambassador will  expected to conduct Day 1 orientation for all employees, including a building tour, safety training and any additional training required by the branch. The Branch Ambassador is also a source of knowledge to guide all employees while partnering with HR, Payroll and Local Temp Agency contacts to correct or advise on any discrepancies.

The ideal candidate is Spanish bilingual with strong communication, organizational, technical and time management skills. Compensation ranges due to experience.
