Camp Team Building Specialist

The Team Building Specialist will plan and implement fun, creative programming that allows campers to work together as a team, build trust, and hone their communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. Activity Specialists will prep, facilitate, and clean up from individual cabin and full-camp activities. The Team Building Specialist will understand and enforce all health and safety standards related to each activity area. When not facilitating activities, the Team Building Specialist will support the leadership team, counseling staff, and food service staff as-needed.
