The Vermont Department of Corrections is seeking a visionary financial leader who is seated on the department's Executive Leadership Team.  This candidate will play a critical role in informing decision making, resource planning, and crafting strategic direction while ensuring the fiscal stability of the department.  A successful candidate will have a track record of collaboration, complex budget development and monitoring, cost analysis, risk management, and a leadership style that is dynamic and innovative.
