Real Estate Paralegal (Mandarin-Speaking)

Zeng Law Group (www.zenglawgroup.com) is seeking a full-time real estate paralegal. The position will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of an experienced attorney. Must be able to speak with clients in Chinese. You will work in our Manhattan midtown west office.

Job Duties:

Work on residential real estate closing cases

Review offering plan, purchase and sale agreements

Coordinate with title company for title report

Prepare closing statements

Manage client relations: conduct and assist in client intakes, maintain communication via email and phone calls

Require:

Bachelor's degree in law, art, communication, criminology, finance, social science, etc.

Must be able to communicate with clients in both spoken and written Mandarin/English

Exceptional multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills
