Summary of Position:

Assistant trader on the funding desk. Working under the supervision of senior traders, provide pricing for various money market instruments, including certificates of deposit, commercial paper, and time deposits. Ensure transactions are recorded correctly in bank systems. Work with traders, salespeople, operations staff, relationship managers, and counterparts to fund the bank and provide short term cash investments for customers across multiple currencies. Reconcile, validate, and meet daily liquidity metrics and stress ratios, and profit and loss reporting. Produce regular management and regulatory reporting, as well as ad-hoc presentations.

 

Qualifications:

Minimal Qualifications

  • Students must have graduated between the dates of March 2024 - May 2025
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication abilities, 
  • Strong quantitative skills, 
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced market environment, 
  • Strong people skills
  • Highly proficient with MS-Office applications and comfortable with various computer applications and coding. 
  • The candidate will earn Series 7 and Series 63 certifications during tenure.
