Festival Event Manager

Amdur Productions is seeking a full-time event manager to be an “in-person” part of our team that creates and produces 25+ festivals and events throughout the year in the greater Chicago area. Festivals feature art, food, live music stages, hands-on activations and more. Amdur Productions, a Chicago area nationally ranked fine art festival and event company offices in Highland Park, Illinois
 

Amdur Productions seeks an outgoing person with great communication skills, great organizational skills, and great team skills.

Office Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Coordination of food vendors for events
• Coordination of third parties for events
• Assist VP Operations with pre show planning and production at festivals
• Coordination of signs and banners for and at events
• Phone communications
• Assist all departments as needed

Festival Event Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Work with the team to prepare event site before load in
• Assist with the direction of festival load in event production and load out

Skills: Knowledge of GSuite, Microsoft Office, Wordpress,  Mail Chimp, and a love of the arts and events is a plus

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience
