What You’ll Do

  • Envision the Future of Maps
    • Design next-generation map experiences that showcase evolving ways of seeing and interpreting our environment.
  • Create Compelling Visuals & Presentations
    • Develop clear, impactful presentations and marketing assets that illuminate our cutting-edge imaging technology.
  • Manage Outreach & Creative Communication
    • Shape our brand voice and messaging, ensuring our story resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Own Social Media & Digital Channels
    • Engage the world through social platforms, highlighting breakthroughs that demonstrate our global impact.
  • Collaborate with Aerospace Pioneers
    • Work alongside team members who have landed rovers on Mars, built the first imaging spectrometers, and launched advanced imaging cameras into space.
  • Stakeholder Engagement 
    • Craft materials like investor presentations and product updates to support fundraising and partnerships.

 

Who You Are

  • A visionary designer and effective communicator with the drive to bridge creative storytelling and cutting-edge technology.
  • Self-managed and proactive, able to lead projects autonomously.
  • Adept at translating complex concepts into visually engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in graphic design, branding, digital media, and social media strategy.
  • Excited to collaborate with scientists, engineers, and innovators to shape the future of geospatial intelligence.
  • Comfortable thriving in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and pivoting as priorities shift in an early-stage company.
  • A team player who can work seamlessly with engineers, data scientists, and founders to bring ideas to life.

ITAR Requirements

To comply with U.S. export regulations, applicants must be one of the following:

  • A U.S. citizen or national
  • A lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
  • Eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed to resolve critical issues.
  • This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
    • Remote work may be considered.
