Salary:  $87,086.16 - $117,356.88 Annually

As an Information Systems Analyst II, you will:

• Collaborate with information technology staff to ensure requirements are met throughout the systems development life cycle.
• Conduct interviews, perform workflow analysis, document scope and objectives, and participate in design sessions.
• Research commercial software to identify products that might meet departmental requirements; analyze and document products' ability to meet user, functional, and technical requirements.
• Evaluate impact of solution alternatives, perform cost/benefit analysis, analyze constraints, and assess risk to support go/no go and build/buy decision-making.
• Prepare detailed specifications, addressing scope and boundaries of the system, data requirements, algorithms, user functions, forms and reports, workflow, interfaces, security, audit trails, and business continuity requirements.

Needed to Qualify:  

• Option I: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field AND one (1) year of full-time experience within the past three (3) years in information systems analysis and design in a centralized information technology organization.
• Option II: One (1) year of experience at the level of Information Systems Analyst I within the past three (3) years. For detailed job description and qualifications, please click HERE.
• Option III: Two (2) years of full-time experience in information systems analysis and design within the past four (4) years in a centralized information technology organization.

We need you to submit proof of education along with the application if you intend to qualify under the option that requires a degree. Acceptable documents are:

• A photocopy of diploma or official transcript OR
• A verification or confirmation letter from the school's Registrar's Office on the official letter head of the school, with college or university seal. It should indicate the date the degree was conferred and be in English.
