2026 Campaign Staff
The Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) is seeking full-time and part-time campaign staff for the 2026 election cycle. Campaign staff serve as the direct line of contact between the HRCC and candidates for the Indiana House of Representatives, interacting with legislator(s) or candidate(s) and senior campaign staff on a day-to-day basis. This role is a great springboard to a career in public policy, government relations, or political strategy.

What You Will be Doing
- Lead grassroots operations through door-to-door canvassing in assigned House district(s)
- Assist candidate(s) with scheduling, yard sign distribution, and other relevant tasks
- Run basic campaign social media and support digital content needs
- Work to build and manage a team of grassroots volunteers
- Attend local campaign events, including advancing and staffing candidate(s) when schedule permits
- Oversee local get-out-the-vote efforts with volunteers on Election Day
Requirements
- Current college students or recent college graduates preferred
- Intern stipends for students
- Flexible scheduling available, including evenings and weekends
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle to travel within assigned legislative district(s), a percentage of mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate
- Must be able to canvas outdoors and walk long distances in all weather
- Strong communication and organization skills are key
