The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team in Denver. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 2025 college graduate who is interested in private investing, recruiting, and professional services. The person will play a critical role in supporting candidate sourcing, managing the candidate onboarding process, and coordinating interview logistics across a range of private investing roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to identify and engage qualified candidates for private equity and adjacent finance roles
- Assist in the approval and onboarding process for new candidates joining the GoBuyside platform, ensuring high quality and attention to detail
- Manage scheduling of candidate interviews, client briefings, and other key meetings throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage data within internal systems
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree expected in 2025 from a top college or university
- Must be based in Denver or willing to relocate prior to the start date

Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus, evaluated and paid quarterly; bonus amounts may vary and are not guaranteed. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, in addition to paid time off and other standard employee benefits.
